Returns Policy

Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase. Due to the nature of firearms and ammunition, some items cannot be returned.

Firearms Returns

All firearm sales are final. Due to federal regulations and the nature of firearms transactions, we cannot accept returns on firearms once the transfer has been completed at your FFL dealer.

Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:

  • Defective Product: If a firearm arrives with a manufacturer defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will coordinate with the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
  • Damaged in Shipping: If a firearm arrives damaged, do not accept delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. Do not transfer the firearm.

Ammunition Returns

Ammunition sales are final. For safety and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns on ammunition under any circumstances.

Accessories, Optics & Other Products

Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Item must not show signs of installation or use
  • Optics must not have been mounted
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Firearms (after FFL transfer)
  • Ammunition
  • Magazines
  • Cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@mmsrprecision.com or (254) 535-6969 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval and return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back with the RA number clearly marked on the package
  5. Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package

Do not return items without an RA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or wrong items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Changed your mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund where applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging
  4. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund
